As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Andrew Locke - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Identify customer needs during calls and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for in-depth consultations.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must have, or be able to obtain, Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses as required by state regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
